Yes, Loreto Bay does have long term rentals. Instead of going through AirBnb etc. its best to reach out to the different property managers in Loreto Bay. i.e. CasaGo, Loreto Bay Ocean & Golf Viilas etc. and ask them what they have available. 

The costs are significantly cheaper than the AirBnb. You can probably get a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa for about 2k a month. You can also reach out on the Facebook Page: Voices of Loreto and ask. Hope this helps
